We would like to inform you that in line with Cabinet Decision No. 58 of 2020 Concerning Regulation of the Beneficial Owner Procedures (the “Decision”) we have made the Declaration of the Beneficial Owner (the “Declaration”) available in the E-Services Online Portal. All DACC licensees are requested to fill the Declaration in order to ensure compliance with the Decision and avoid any administrative penalties.
In case you don’t have access to the E- Service Online Portal, please fill the Online Registration Form to create a username and password for your company and send it to [email protected].
