Subject: Infrastructures - Submission of Application for Infrastructure Permit.

Please note below the new procedure to be followed by consultants for obtaining an Infrastructure Permit for any Infrastructure development with effect from 01 September 2007. Please note that this requirement is specific to the infrastructure side of developments and is over and above the standard requirements for Building Permits.
The following types are covered by this requirement:
- Land Development (Clearing, Leveling and Grading)
- Bridges
- Tunnels
- Roads
- Light Rail Transport Systems (LRT)
- Drinking Water / Irrigation Networks
- Power Supply Networks (buried or overhead)
The Application Process is comprised of two steps:
1. Preliminary / concept drawings to be submitted to CED for approval.
After receiving the concept approval from CED, the consultant shall obtain NOC from all service authorities for the specific type of infrastructure and as outlined by the submission requirements. These...
