- Dubai Law No. 19 of 2009 Establishing the Supreme Council of Energy;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 On the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto;
- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 Concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2010 Establishing the Regulatory and Supervisory Office for the Electricity and Water Sector in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 6 of 2021 On the Regulation of District Cooling Services in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
